Exhibitors receive 1 free pass with each booth purchase. Two additional passes may be purchased for $75.00 each. Passes include entrance to the hall and meals.

Exhibitor Rules and Regulations
Please note: Booth upgrades do not become available until all VSS sponsors have been placed. If you should request a booth upgrade, you will be placed on a wait list and contacted in order of receipt once the upgrades have been released. Exhibit space is assigned based on registration date and time. Once exhibit space is sold out we will begin a wait list and contact you should space open up on the show floor.

Installation Hours:
Sunday, November 14 9:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Exhibitor Reception Sunday, November 14 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.
Exhibit Hall Hours:
Monday, November 15 9:15 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.*
Tuesday, November 16 9:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.*
Dismantling Hours: Tuesday, November 16 2:30 PM - 6:00 p.m.
*A breakfast buffet is served on the show floor from 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. on Monday and 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. Tuesday morning. It is recommended that exhibits be open during this time.
